MST Instruments specializes in manufacturing, selling, and calibrating machines and testing instruments. All specifications are subject to change without prior notice as part of continuous product improvement.
All orders must be confirmed in writing. Payments are to be made as per the agreed terms. We reserve the right to hold or cancel delivery if payment conditions are not met.
Our machines come with a standard warranty period as specified at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
We provide calibration and after-sales support services to ensure accuracy and compliance. Service schedules and charges will be communicated in advance.
Goods once sold are non-returnable except in case of manufacturing defects. Any cancellation must be requested before dispatch and may involve cancellation charges.
All transactions and agreements shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
